Another one for you all. You might want to sit down with a cup of tea before you play this....it is quite long. It shows Queen at work in their private studio. I believe it's the only time that they allowed the cameras in. www.youtube.com/watch?v=He8awaSkZFM

Nice find Matt! Two great videos there!
Maybe we can get the cameras in on a Brother Rabbit studio session in the near future? Just think, in 20 or 30 years, people could be watching clips on YouTube and seeing how it all began! ;D

Hi Rob, my pic is of the late great James Lee Jamerson. He was the bass player with the Funk Brothers, the legendary houseband for most of the 60's Motown hits, who sadly passed away in 1983. See attached link en.wikipedia.org/wiki/James_JamersonHe was very innovative and underrated as a bass player. I just love his bass lines. TTFN Paul.

Just had a listen...very tasteful playing in my opinion! I wonder what our expert Matt BrotherRabbit has to say about James Lee Morrison!
So let's hear it Matt?

I always thought it was Jermaine!!! What a con!!! What a bunch of Charlatans! Next you'll tell me that Jacko doesn't really sing or dance...and that he's not really white!

I have studied this clip Paul and think you have been fooled! He just has an invisible right arm ;D Here's 2 clips which might appeal to you, especially the second one which is a Beatles Medley...it's Tommy Emmanuel....some people say he's the worlds greatest acoustic guitarist! Nick BR is treating me to a concert of his on Sunday evening in Liverpool! uk.youtube.com/watch?v=zBEbYXa6Cikuk.youtube.com/watch?v=ITt_yblSNrsEnjoy

Really good. Especially when he plays Day Tripper. How can he play the melody and the bass line together?
Keep them coming Rob.

one for jimmy, this little fella doesnt even need a stool to play his kit. Im taking tips from him from now and think ill start with his fashion sense the dummy, funky pijamas and hats definitly are something to invest into i think! ;D what do u think? uk.youtube.com/watch?v=eBK0pphzX38

Paul Tommy Emmanuel is a superb guitarist...even more impressive in the flesh! I thought his support act (Andy McKee) was also top notch...so much so that I allowed him to get a quick photo with me back stage....he must have recognized me from Brother Rabbit ;D He said he'd email me the picture so we'll just have to wait and see if it comes through. Anyway...here is Andy if you're interested: uk.youtube.com/watch?v=Ddn4MGaS3N4uk.youtube.com/watch?v=nmE3QaGetn4uk.youtube.com/watch?v=dt1fB62cGboSeamus Jimmy doesn't use a stool either....he also stands while playing the drums! Had you not noticed? ;D
